How does the multi-cap discount work?
Simple: the more caps you get, the bigger your discount. Mix any styles and colors — they don't have to match. Add 2 or more to your cart and the discount applies automatically, no code needed: 2 caps 7%, 3 caps 10%, 4+ 12%.
Does the embroidery come off over time?
No. It's thread stitched into the fabric, not a print or a glued patch. It holds up to daily wear and washing.
Will it fit any head size?
One size with an adjustable strap, fits 20.5"–24.5". Works for most adults.
Why does it take 5–9 days?
Each cap is embroidered the moment you order it: 2–5 business days of production, plus 3–4 business days of shipping within the US. Nothing is made ahead of time — it's made when you buy it.
Do I have to pay anything extra on delivery?
No. The price includes shipping and taxes. No surprise charges on delivery.
Can I exchange it if I don't like it?
We accept exchanges for factory defects. Since each cap is made to order, we don't offer returns for change of mind.
